Q: Why do you only accept Google Checkout and PayPal now?

A: Both of these services allow us to accept credit cards, without a recurring monthly fee.  Due to our business model and miniscule profit margins, we took this cost cutting step to help streamline the business.  Furthermore, by using these processors, it prevents us from having to store or process your sensitive information on our site, which increases your privacy and security.

Q: Why are your prices higher than other stores?

A: Two main reasons.  Other stores buy in larger quantities, which gives them lower costs and thus lower prices.  More importantly, they often use processors as "Loss Leaders" by pricing them below cost.  They hope you will buy additional items along with those chips, to help offset that loss.  Since CPUs are our main business, we can't afford to do a promotion like this.  Our advantage is in offering detailed information, great customer service, and specialized overclocking compoents - not in pricing.

Q: Why don't you ship outside the US?

A: Fraud and taxes.  Both of which stink.
